Terms of Service

Mafia Game is an online multiplayer social deduction game currently in active development. Features, balance, progression systems, and monetization may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age required in your country) to access and use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and received their permission to play.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You agree not to:

• Share or sell accounts
• Use stolen accounts
• Impersonate others
• Abuse exploits or cheats
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Players may not:

• Harass or threaten others
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Spam or disrupt matches
• Intentionally sabotage the service
• Exploit bugs for unfair advantage

We reserve the right to mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts violating these rules.

The game may contain:

• XP systems
• Unlockable avatars
• Ranks
• Cosmetic rewards
• Virtual currencies

These items have no real-world monetary value and remain part of the game service.

The game may offer optional purchases in the future. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by local law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Updates
• Beta testing

All game content, artwork, systems, branding, and assets belong to Mafia Game or its creators unless stated otherwise. You may not:

• Reupload game assets commercially
• Reverse engineer systems
• Copy or redistribute proprietary content

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Matchmaking issues
• Indirect damages

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Rule violations
• Abuse
• Fraudulent activity
• Security risks

These Terms may change over time. If we make material updates, we will notify you via the Game interface or Telegram bot. Your continued interaction with the Game or clicking "Accept" upon notification constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
